Beginning with issues released in 2027, Appraisal Institute members will be required to opt-in to receive print delivery of The Appraisal Journal. Designated Members may opt-in at no additional cost by updating your preferences by logging into your account and selecting “My print subscriptions.” Detailed instructions can be found below.
No action is required to continue receiving access to the digital version of The Appraisal Journal. By choosing digital access only, members help support a more sustainable and cost-effective member experience.
Valuation Magazine will continue to be automatically available to members in both digital and print formats. Management of your print subscription to Valuation Magazine can also be updated in "My Print Subscriptions."
The "My Print Subscriptions" option is only visible to those eligible to receive a print publication as a member benefit or through a paid or complimentary subscription. See table below for more details.
To update your "My Print Subscriptions" preferences, log in to the Appraisal Institute website and select "My Account."
On the right-hand menu, select "My Print Subscriptions."
You will see a section for 'Paid and Complimentary' print subscriptions as well as for 'Member Benefit' subscriptions. To change your opt-in/opt-out preferences, select the green "Edit my selections" button.
Check the box to opt in to print subscriptions and select "Save."
