If a credit was issued to your account, follow these steps to locate and use the credit.
Locating your credit
Log in to your online account here then select Credits from the menu on the right. The following screen will display a recap and status of your credit(s).
*Note - in most cases your credit can be used for any transaction in your online account. In some cases, your credit might be limited to usage for specific products or transactions.

During the check-out process of your transaction, follow the steps below to use the credit.
