Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders that require a physical product to be shipped.
Shipping fees reflect charges the Appraisal Institute has paid on behalf of the customer to secure arrival to the customer’s designated shipping location.
To view shipping options and costs for your order, add your desired products to the shopping cart and click Check-Out. Here you will confirm your shipping address and view the shipping method and costs. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the shippable products in the shopping cart and distance of the delivery address from the fulfillment warehouse.
The Appraisal Institute cannot be held responsible for local delivery issues and charges.

- Printed Education Materials will not be shipped until four weeks prior to the education event start date, while all other shippable products will be shipped at the time of purchase. If you desire electronic Education Materials, they can be downloaded by clicking Education and Events on the right navigation menu from your My Account portal. Find the program have you have registered for and click the View button.
