Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders that require a physical product to be shipped. Product weight and distance from the warehouse are key factors in the calculation of shipping costs to your location.
Shipping fees reflect charges the Appraisal Institute has paid on behalf of the customer to secure arrival to the customer’s designated shipping location.
To view the shipping options and costs for your order, add your desired products to the shopping cart and click “check out.” Here you will confirm your shipping address and view the shipping method and costs. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the shippable products in the shopping cart and the location of the delivery address.

- Printed Education Materials will not be shipped until four weeks prior to the education event start date, while all other shippable products will be shipped at the time of purchase. If you desire electronic Education Materials, they can be downloaded by clicking Education and Events on the right navigation menu when viewing the particular Education program you are registering for. Find program and click the “View” button.
