Try these troubleshooting methods.
- Copy and paste the join link to a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox (PC/Mac), Google Chrome (PC/Mac), or Safari (Mac). The Internet Explorer browser is no longer supported.
- Test your connection. Click here. You will be instructed to join a test session to check that your computer has everything required.
- You may need to update your Java. Click here.
- Contact us by clicking the Submit a request link at the bottom of this page.
