To enroll in the Certified Residential AI PAREA program, you must already have:
- A valid Licensed Residential (LR) credential; or
- Successful completion of a PAREA program for Licensed Residential (LR).
Individuals who are ultimately seeking the Certified Residential credential but are not current Licensed Residential appraisers will need to successfully complete AI PAREA for Licensed Residential before beginning AI PAREA for Certified Residential.
