Professional setup matters! We suggest the following:
- Computer with reliable internet access
- Dual monitors recommended (two minimum, three preferred)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and installation
- Ability to install and use Appraise-It Pro software
- Ability to open, save, and manage PDF files
- A webcam and microphone for virtual meetings with your mentor is required
- Ability to share your screen during live meetings (Microsoft Teams)
- Participants are expected to be fully prepared to participate in scheduled mentor meetings, including being on-camera, screen sharing and active engagement with their mentor.
