Designated Member Readmission

Candidate for Designation Readmission
Former Candidates for Designation, who are currently non-members, may create and complete a prerequisite checklist to reenter the Candidate for Designation program.

- Create general Candidate for Designation prerequisite checklist for the SRA path here.
- Create general Candidate for Designation prerequisite checklist for the AI-GRS path here.
- Create general Candidate for Designation prerequisite checklist for the AI-RRS path here.
Once the prerequisite checklist has been completed, you may apply to readmit as a Candidate for Designation. If you would like to readmit as an Associate Member while working on the prerequisite checklist, please click here.
Associate Member Readmission
Former Associate Members, who are currently non-members, may apply for readmission here. It is possible you will need to provide proof of your most current USPAP update course and/or complete the AI Business Practices and Ethics course (available online). You will be prompted if this is the case.
Affiliate Member Readmission
Affiliate Members are professionals who don't currently value real property but are interested in the field—such as bankers, lawyers, developers, accountants, investors, and brokers.
