This program is part of a new educational track at the Appraisal Institute called Professional Growth. Unlike traditional continuing education, Professional Growth is designed to be experiential, business-centric, timely to market, and community-driven. The focus is on learning that appraisers can immediately apply in practice, rather than waiting months for state approvals or sitting for exams.
This program has ended. Stay updated on course offerings and our plans for more education on generative artificial intelligence by monitoring our course catalog and opt in to our Education Bulletin through your Communication Preferences at your My Account portal.

- Seeking AI CE credit? 45 points have been approved and will be applied to your checklist shortly after the series concludes. You can expect to see the points added to your cycle by March 31, 2026.
For our AI on AI series, we did not seek state CE approval for the following reasons:
- Speed Over State Approvals: CE courses require state-by-state approvals, which can take months. By not pursuing CE, we can bring you the most up-to-date AI content without delay.
- Exploration Over Exams: Instead of focusing on credit hours, this program emphasizes exploration, hands-on practice, and real-world application.
- Community Over Compliance: Our goal is to build a forward-thinking community of appraisers experimenting with AI.
This approach reflects our commitment to helping appraisers grow and adapt in a fast-changing environment - with practical, forward-looking learning experiences that go beyond compliance requirements.
