Here is some helpful information -
- Appraisal Institute membership terms run on a January 1 to December 31 schedule.
- Your renewal invoice will generate by mid-October.
- If you joined between February and October of the current year, your dues/fees are prorated during this period.
- If you joined after November 1, you are paying full dues/fees for the upcoming year while there is no cost for the remainder of the current year.
