After registering for an online course, synchronous course, classroom course, Chapter-delivered program, or an exam - materials can be found from the Education and Events section of your My Account page here.
Your My Events page lists your history by delivery method/registration. Scroll to the course in question and click the View button. The next screen will display a list of materials, downloads, pre-class memos.
