If you’ve recently experienced technical issues during your exam or scheduling with Pearson VUE such as receiving a mistaken “No Show” status, we recommend contacting Pearson VUE first to resolve the issue.
Once you’ve reached out to Pearson VUE, you will receive a case number from their Customer Service (CSS) team. Please keep this case number for reference.
